1. Check thermal insulation material - cold storage board

It is preferred to check the sealing performance of the cold storage, check whether the gap between the cold storage plate and the cold storage plate is sealed with sealant, or if some sealant fails due to a long time, it should be sealed and repaired in time. Whether the doors of the cold storage are frequently opened, resulting in a large amount of leakage of cold air in the cold storage, it is necessary to timely change the habits of incoming and outgoing goods, standardize the operation requirements, and reduce the number of times of opening the doors. If neither of the above two is true, it is due to improper selection of thermal insulation materials in the design of cold storage.

2. Check condenser and evaporator

Too much fouling in the condenser leads to poor heat exchange effect of the condenser, higher condensation pressure, higher evaporation pressure and lower refrigeration capacity. Therefore, it is necessary to timely check the fouling of the condenser and the frosting and dust on the evaporator, and regularly check the fouling and frosting of the condenser and evaporator.

3. Insufficient refrigerant filling, refrigerant leakage

If the refrigerant is insufficient, add the refrigerant in time. In case of refrigerant leakage, the refrigerant pipes and valves shall be mainly checked, and the suspected leakage points shall be coated with detergent and water solution. If there is bubble, it indicates that it is a refrigerant leakage point, which shall be repaired and replaced in time.

4. Improper adjustment of throttle valve, dirty or ice blockage in refrigeration system

If the throttle valve is opened too small, the refrigerant flow will be reduced, and the cooling capacity will be reduced, which will slow down the cooling of the cold storage; If the opening is too large, the evaporation pressure will increase and the evaporation temperature will rise, which will also slow the cooling of the cold storage. The opening of the throttle valve should be adjusted in time. The phenomenon of dirty or ice blockage in the refrigeration system causes the refrigerant to be unable to circulate, which makes the cold storage unable to achieve the refrigeration effect. Therefore, the operation condition of the refrigeration system should be checked regularly, and the phenomenon of dirty or ice blockage should be removed in time.

5. The refrigeration equipment is aging and the working efficiency is reduced
