The emergency exhaust fan control button box shall be secretly installed on the wall outside the ammonia compressor door.

2 . The condenser, oil separator and other equipment installed outdoors shall be enclosed, non working personnel shall not be allowed to enter, and signs shall be made. When the high-pressure reservoir is installed outdoors, a sunshade shall be set.

3. the cold storage shall be equipped with substation and distribution room, and shall be as close to the compressor room as possible.

4. the ammonia compressor room and the high and low voltage distribution motor room shall be equipped with emergency lighting, and the lighting time shall not be less than 30 minutes. The lighting fixtures in the machine room shall be explosion-proof lamps, and the illumination shall be 50-70lx.

What are the damp proof materials installed in cold storage?

1. asphalt: with good waterproof performance and adhesion, it is one of the main waterproof materials in cold storage engineering, commonly used petroleum asphalt and tar asphalt.

2. petroleum asphalt: light oil and heavy oil are produced by petroleum distillation, and the remaining colloidal substances are soft asphalt, which is obtained by blowing oxidation and hardening. When asphalt is heated, it becomes soft and sticky, and if not expected, it becomes hard and brittle.

3. tar pitch: tar pitch is the product of decomposition and distillation of coal and wood, also known as tar. It is usually a black solid at room temperature. It is brittle in winter and easy to soften in summer. It has high water resistance and microbial resistance. It is often used in underground engineering.

Linoleum: Linoleum is made by impregnating the low softening point petroleum asphalt on the base paper, coating the high softening point petroleum asphalt on both sides of the oil paper, and then sprinkling talc powder or mica sheet. The heavier the felt, the stronger the impermeability and the greater the tensile strength. 1. when the cold storage is installed in a place with ventilation and low humidity, the concrete base will sometimes set before drying. 3. the combined cold storage is used indoors to prevent light and rain. When it is installed outdoors, it needs to install a roof to protect it from the sun and rain.

4. the heating equipment shall be placed in a hot place in the cold storage, which will not only reduce the cooling efficiency, but also sometimes damage the storage board. In addition, the temperature range around the normal operation of the unit is less than 35 ℃. The equipment has room for overhaul.

5. the drainage of the reservoir is discharged by the drainage pipe. Water is often discharged, so it is necessary to direct the drainage system to a place where it can flow smoothly.
